ArtsPass Transitions to MYBROADWAY.COM, launching carrier-independent wireless portal - BWYNOW (299669), The Mobile Way to Broadway
New York (May 17, 2007) – ArtsPass.com and its performance and interview channel, ArtsPass Live!, with its library of original video arts and entertainment interviews and performances, will transition to MYBROADWAY.com, a new interactive Broadway and National Theatre experience, beginning Monday, May 21st. The transition also heralds the premiere of a new carrier-independent, mobile publishing wireless portal - BWYNOW (299669), The Mobile Way to Broadway. BWYNOW will connect one-on-one with opted-in theatre lovers driving ticket sales, extending promotions and building mobile community.
The May 21st launch will feature the first of three special Road To The Tony’s® videos created in association with The American Theatre Wing’s 2007 Tony Awards® which are presented by The League of American Theatres and Producers and the American Theatre Wing. The new videos, produced by MYBROADWAY.com and Tony Awards.com, documenting what happens between the nominations and the Tony Awards®, will be streamed through individualized MYBROADWAY Flash9™ players embedded on presenters’ websites across the country.
