Objective:
To secure a corporate sponsor of ROUNDABOUT THEATRE COMPANY’s (RTC’s) Gay & Lesbian Series, a premium subscription series of eight dedicated nights per season. Subscribers are invited to post-performance receptions to socialize with other members and often the cast of the show.
Solution:
Align the Gay & Lesbian series with Esurance, an online auto-insurance provider seeking an affluent, tech-savvy clientele and specifically targeting the gay market.
Elements:
Esurance will be recognized on prominent signage at all Gay & Lesbian Series events. The Esurance logo will be included on flat-screen television lobby displays that run at all performances, including Gay & Lesbian Series evenings
The Esurance logo will appear on Gay & Lesbian Series invitations sent to all series subscribers, and sponsor credit will appear in RTC’s annual subscription brochure, the Playbill donor section, and on RTC’s sponsor page with a link to the Esurance site
Esurance will receive sponsor recognition and logo exposure in six ads placed in GLBT lifestyle and professional publications
Esurance will receive special access to RTC tickets and use of VIP patron lounges and invitations to special play readings with RTC actors and artistic staff.
